Conditions of Return
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or simply change your mind (“Change of Mind”), the item can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange for another item or items of equal purchase value or lesser value.
The benefits for you under our Change of Mind policy are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the items which you have under the Trade Practices Act and other state and territory laws.
To qualify for a Change of Mind refund or exchange the item must be returned in original condition (i.e. unworn, unused, undamaged with tags and/or labels attached) in the original packaging (i.e. intact & not damaged or opened) within 14 days of the purchase date.
All Change of Mind refunds are issued at the discretion of Sukbag International Pty Ltd. Sukbag International Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for a Change of Mind request if it does not comply with these conditions.
How can I return an item?

How to Package an item for Return
To ensure that the item arrives in original condition, it is important that the packaging used is robust enough to protect the item. Please include the original packing slip, however, if you are unable to include the packing slip please ensure that your Invoice number, name and billing address are included.
For all returns that relate to a “Change of Mind” postage must be paid by the returnee and will not be refunded.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this to enable you to track your return.
Refunds for Change of Mind
Sukbag International will credit your original method of payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
We will notify you once we have processed your refund.
Exchanges for Change of Mind
If you require an Exchange, please contact us at email@example.com so the return of the item to Sukbag can be arranged, following the packaging guidelines above.
We will notify you before applying and processing any charges.
Please ensure that you clearly describe the reason for Exchange on your packing slip and details of the replacement item or items you require. Please also provide a daytime contact number.
All return postage must be paid by the returnee. Delivery charges for the replacement item will be at Sukbag’s expense. However, in exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to pass on delivery charges for exchanged goods.
We cannot refund original shipping charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
- Warranty Claims
If you have a warranty please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the issue and work out an appropriate solution.
Sukbag is committed to honouring warranty claims by meeting its obligations at law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
However, the goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked for proof of purchase. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.
If you prefer an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for goods to be exchanged. A store credit may be offered at our discretion.
